实习生招聘（财务）

Job Description/职位描述：

1． Assistant checking daily reimbursement

协助公司人员的日常费用报销的审核

2．Assistant monthly reconciliation and finishing Bank reconciliation

 月末银企对帐及银行余额调节表的制作。

3．Voucher entry in ERP system and later in SAP system; voucher binding & finding

凭证录入打印装订及查找。

4 assistant assets disposal协助资产处置

5 assistant inventory management 协助库存管理

6 assistant AP process协助AP帐务处理

7 assistant external Tax issue & external data statistic and providing

协助外部税务处理，对外数据统计及提供。 

Requirements / 职位要求：

1．Junior student in college, majored in finance related;
  在校大三、大四学生，财务相关专业；
 2. Be careful, have strong sense of responsibility;  
  做事细心，具备高度的责任心；；
 3. Familiar with MS Office; 熟悉办公软件；
 4. Guarantee 3-4 days per week;
  能够保证一周3-4天实习；

5．Suggest at least 3-month internship

  建议至少三个月实习期

5 ．协助采购人员做好供应商管理；
